Gearing Up for Winter

by Fleurzty on December 3, 2009

Saturday is supposed to be our first day of snow here in Maryland. by Fleurzty on November 29, 2009

I tried something old with something new

by Fleurzty on November 28, 2009

I was planning for my hair conditioning session, when I saw my only half-way used bentonite clay container. Before my Ayurvedic craze, I was using bentonite clay masks on my hair. They worked well, but I somehow have not made a clay mask for my hair and skin in over a year.
Today for one reason [...]

The Weekend's Hair

by Fleurzty on November 23, 2009

This weekend was monumental for me. Thank you for the kind words on the Anniversary post I really appreciate them!
To celebrate my 5th anniversary, I gave my hair a well-needed spa treatment, that included Amla. I had not done a Amla treatment in a while, and was beginning to miss my little mud [...]

5 Years…and still counting

by Fleurzty on November 21, 2009

It has been 5 years since my Big Chop. I am so excited. Originally 5 years seemed like such a long time off, but it has certainly been the best five years my hair and I have had. In honor of my anniversary, I am starting a new category Then…Now to serve as a direct [...]
