One thing about protective styling is that it also awakens my creativity the days I wear my hair out. Since I only have 3 days to wear my hair out a week, I try to enjoy them to the fullest. This weekend I am wearing a bantu knot out, my very first. I’ve worn partial knot-outs before, where I do bantu knots on the back and flat twist the front.
I liked it! It was easier than I expected or remembered. I twisted them tightly, so they came out in tight coils. My hair feels very soft, so I’ll venture out to say that yesterday’s treatment was a success. I styled with the new coffee butter mix. My hair soft and shiny! My sister-in-law said my hair is glistening
So, of course I’m happy! Enough said, here are the pictures.
