It looked like the detangling process was a struggle but, the end result was healthy shiney hair! Thanks for the video it takes me back to the days of removing my locks with the detangling process it was quite grueling. Take care.

love how you took your time and show exactly how to detangle..I was having a problem with it when it comes to use of the conditioners. Will any conditioner will do You had the VO5 or is it the best for the detangling process?
Boy am I GLAD I found this article….. I am on week 3 now of my protective style challenge and have another week and a half to go!…my hair is is a lot shorter than yours, but I found this so informative!…the deep conditioner you used sound yummy
