Beautiful! I getting ready to big chop for the 2nd time. And this is inspiration. I look at many tutorials and most of the women have so much makeup and earrings galore, but i love the naturalist look of simplicity. I went natural for the first time in 1999. Then grew locks for about 5 yrs and discovered that i did it because of fascination with the look, so i cut it after a big spiritual transformation and grew my hair out for about 4 yrs, it grew fast considering i didn’t even know about all these products and how to care for my natural hair. I was in college and money was tight. After graduation i landed a corporate job and started flat ironing my hair. I spend about 35.00 every 2 wks. I got married in 2008 and had hair past my shoulders. I was beautiful but as i said earlier i didn’t know how to care for it, and with my baby on the way i couldn’t afford the sylist anymore so i just started flat ironing it myself. I got really tired fast so then i just started cutting, then i girl at wrk suggested a relax it a little, needless to say i want my full natural texture back. Thanks for inspiration.
